  • For safety reasons, our team does not work above the height of a standard 2-step ladder. Higher areas, such as vaulted ceilings or chandeliers, are dusted using professional extension tools only.
  • Furniture is not moved during service; however, we carefully clean all visible and easily accessible areas by hand or with extension equipment.
  • Some light dust resettlement may occur after we leave. While we take measures to minimize airborne particles, it is not always possible to eliminate all fine dust immediately.
