PHASE 1 – ROUGH CLEAN

Important Notes About Our Post-Construction Cleaning

Our team is committed to delivering high-quality post-construction cleaning with attention to detail and safety. To ensure clear expectations, please review the guidelines below:

  • Construction debris and leftover materials must be removed prior to our arrival. We do not haul or dispose of construction waste.
  • For safety reasons, our technicians do not work above the height of a standard 2-step ladder. Higher areas may be dusted using professional extension tools only.
  • Furniture is not moved during the service; however, we thoroughly clean all visible and accessible areas.
  • Even after a detailed cleaning, some fine dust may temporarily resettle. We take steps to reduce this as much as possible, but light particles can remain in the air for a short period.

These measures allow us to maintain safety standards while delivering a clean, polished, and move-in-ready space.
