Important Notes for Move In / Move Out Cleaning

At SD Costa Cleaning Services, our goal is to deliver reliable, detailed results for every move-in or move-out cleaning while maintaining a safe and efficient work process. Please review the guidelines below:

  • For safety reasons, our team does not work above the height of a standard 2-step ladder. Higher areas such as chandeliers or vaulted ceiling fans will be dusted using professional extension tools only.
  • Furniture is not moved during the service; however, all visible and easily accessible areas will be thoroughly cleaned by hand or with extension equipment.
  • Some light dust resettlement may occur shortly after cleaning. Although we take steps to minimize airborne particles, it is not always possible to eliminate all fine dust immediately.

These guidelines allow us to maintain strict safety standards while still delivering a clean, sanitized, and move-in-ready space for your next transition.
